I now also oppose the new bylaw to allow nudity on all Kapiti Coast beaches. I often go for walks on Waikanae beach but I’m more interested in looking at the beach and the sea and so on, not naked old men. No thankyou. Hit the link, the picture is priceless (not of a nude old man).
